In an effort to continue to build a complete training program for baseball and softball athletes, we recognize and stress the importance of the mental side of the game. We call it "Confidence Rules".
The best at this subject is Dr. Tom Hanson.
Dr. Hanson co-authored the book "Heads Up Baseball" and is an expert in mental game training. Dr. Hanson also worked with the New York Yankees and the Texas Rangers organization.
