A complete training program understands the importance of fueling the body with proper eating and hydration.   The importance of sleep, and rest also are never emphasized enough. 

At Fastball USA our students are required to track what they eat, drink, and the amount of sleep along with our training measurements.    A key area that most adults and todays generation of kids don't get enough of is fruits and vegetables. 

Combined with a hectic, on the go life style, fueling the body correctly often get's overlooked.

When you think about it why would so many put time into training, lessons, games, and not pay close attention to the fuel that is being put into the athletes body?
