Creating 90mph 95mph 100mph Baseball Players! How hard can you a hit a baseball ? How far can you hit a baseball ?
How fast can you throw or pitch? How quick do you move?
A Letter From Coach Ryan.........
In 2011 alone 8 players have already committed to DI programs not including those also attending schools at other levels of college baseball. For the third year in a row a Fastball player has been selected in the Major League Baseball Draft. If your serious about really improving your skills and playing at the next level, then this is a great opportunity for you.
What are we doing differently than the rest of the trainers, instructors, and academy's in the world?
We focus on objectively measuring, testing, and recording results for feedback on further improvements and instant feedback on progress. Our 90mph Club continues to grow for hitters and pitchers. Many coaches and baseball development people in the world hate this type of system because it might actually take age old theorys that they believe to be correct and prove them to be wrong. Nobody wants to be wrong. If your not measuring, documenting, and constantly evaluating your progress then why are you wasting your time?
It's not about being right or wrong, it's about improving your game time results. That is why people choose Fastball USA and Team Fastball USA. Development equals results. To become apart of Fastball USA you must request a application and evaluation time to be considered for our programs. You can also look at our Ron Wolforth Pitching Camps, Explosive Hitting Camps, along with our Ultimate Baseball Boot Camps beginning in 2012. - Coach Ryan -

| Giovenco Fires a 95mph Fastball |
|
| Hey Mike,
Just wanted to let you know that we do nearly all the same arm care here as we did at fastball. We do numerous variations of all of the arm care on an everyday basis, and also we do ALOT of the flexibiltiy and pre workout warmups that we did at fastball. Fastball USA pretty much prepared me for pro ball, and currently I have over 100 innings on my arm this year, and I have to thank you for teaching me the importance of arm care. In the past, my arm would usually be in pain around this time of year, and I would be experiencing "dead arm". But currently my velocity is still sitting in the 90-93 range and topping around 95mph. Once again, I just wanted to thank you for everything, and please continue to stress the importance of arm care, flexibiltiy, and good old fashioned hard work to the rest of the guys. Thanks, Mike Giovenco

Due to Jack's success and improvements, Fastball in some ways could be considered "the house that Jack built". Many of Jacks friends and team members also followed shortly after Jack began training with us. That includes the UIC bound Carl Sugihara who also plays for Elk Grove High School. Congrats to Jack and keep up the hard work.

| Mitch Baker Will Pitch For Judson University |
From Not Making The Varsity Team To Throwing 90MPH in 14 Months!!
Finding Focus...
Mitch Baker, a tall lanky kid with a dream. Plays Little League, Travel Ball and moves onto his High School freshman and sophomore teams. He has an above average fastball, smooth delivery and told lots of potential... then fails to make his varsity team his junior year. New coach, politics, lack of focus might have sunk him, but he took it upon himself to get better. He had to find his focus.
2010 Mitch goes in 100% to the teachings at Fastball. While missing Spring ball he attends FB 2-3 times a week.
Summertime he attends 2 large Midwest showcases posting the 1st and 3rd highest MPH times out of hundreds of 2011 prospects. Offers from colleges start to come in. Contacts through your organization start to develop. Coaches come out to Fastball to see Mitch work out.
2010 -2011 Mitch continues to work out posting 94 mph turn and burn and 86-88 off the mound. Senior Year he goes undefeated. 2011 Mitchell signs a Scholarship to a local school with strong baseball program. He hits 90 mph off the mound.
Mitch had a strong fall and is slated to play varsity ball his freshman season.
We are indebted to your program and look forward to seeing you during holiday breaks...to keep the focus.

| Fastball University is Now Open!! On-Line Training For Anyone in the World. CD's, Video Analysis, Weekly Training or On-Site Training in Chicago |
| Preview our Explosive Training |
Add MPH! Throw harder, pitch faster, hit harder, hit farther. The Fastball USA Training concept uses some unique training tools in order to train strength and explosiveness for the baseball athlete.
Speed Chains (Torso Burner, Hitting Chain,Throwing Chain, COE Timer) are just some of the unique training tools used in the Fastball USA system of explosiveness. Chain training for baseball is very new, unique, and is now used by major league players along with pro athletes in other sports.
For arm care all of our players use the Shoulder Tube as a unique way to help with overall arm health and the shoulder tube also helps strengthen the arm for our pitchers. This unique device was also featured in an August edition of Sports Illustrated. Trevor Bauer (Number 3 Overall Draft Pick selected by the Diamondbacks uses the Shoulder Tube religously.) At Fastball USA the shoulder tube has been a staple in our training for the past 7 years.
Additional unique training includes using tires, Sleds, elastic tubing, throwing med balls, and quickness drills with handled med balls. This along with agility, quickness, and strength training utilizing gymnastics rings for strength, have created a very unique explosive program for baseball.
All players are tested, measured, and record results in every phase of Fastball Training. This includes testing and measuring bat speed, ball exit speed, ball flight, hitting and throwing distance, throwing velocity, throwing command, differiential in off speed pitches versus fastballs. In addition players track and record measurements during warm up's, workouts, and skill specific drills and training. The constant tracking and recording of performance allows the student and coach for more feedback, plus creates a very goal driven baseball athlete. When we are struggling we know exactly what our performance is measuring at. This program allows you to create short term and long term goals and reinforces the importance of paying attention to detail. It's simple, either your improving or you are not. This attention to detail, along with expert guidence from our coaching staff, allows our players to make more progress than the typical baseball lesson experience.
We are all about results. Throwing velocity and hitting power does not make you great however it does open many doors and opportunities. Those who throw the hardest, hit the furthest or run the fastest, are the players who get the first look at scholarship money, professional contracts, and Major League Baseball. The Fastball USA Training and Team Fastball training opens up many opportunites for players who are thriving at becoming explosive. Don't wait until your career is almost over to worry about power. Make sure your improving performance every day and working towards continued improvement in overall power. This will give you more opportunities in the game of baseball.

Mike Ryan's "Creating the Explosive Hitter" Elite Hitting Camp
Eight Players in the last year have reached 97mph or more in ball exit speed. Simply put, this means these students flat out hit the ball hard. Now over 2 dozen players in the last year have surpassed 90mph of ball exit speed. The "Explosive Hitting" concept is based on results, not style, not theory. It is all about drawing out the very best within the particular individual. No program measures, challenges, and draws out a hitters ability like Mike Ryan's Explosive Hitting Program.
These 2-3 day camps are held 3-4 times per year. A great opportunity for local area players and players around the country to experience this Explosive Hitting System. The system has a special emphasis on hitting the ball harder and farther. If you don't think your maximizing your power your probably right. This camp helps evaluate exactly where you are at, where you should be, and then the steps and training that it takes to become an explosive hitter. Coach Ryan is the creator of the Explosive Hitting DVD Series, author of the "Hitting For Success" Book, and has become of the single best hitting coaches in the country. In addition to power, Coach Ryan breaks down simplistic concepts on the importance of timing, and how to constantly train and improve reaction time and your ability to adjust to and lay off the breaking ball.
Next Camp: March 19 & 20

Team Fastball
The Team Fastball organization is quite different than your typical travel team. A special emphasis on development focuses on improvement of skill first with an emphasis on winning second. Designed specifically for the player who wants to play at the next leve (College-Pro) or high school, our players participate in a near year round training program that challenges each player beyond his current capability. Instead of just using good players to chalk up wins and bragging about winning %, our organization chooses to improve each player beyond their current talent level. The initial 2010 Team Fastball season saw 12 out of 13 players return with one choosing another sport as his full time emphasis.
