Guarantees & Bonuses For Becoming a Fastball USA Member:
Un-like the typical lesson providers, we are far from simply providing "lessons". Fastball USA is focused on the whole picture as opposed to just having you pay hard earned money for a simple lesson. There are far too many lesson providers out there that are doing this. This is not what we are all about.
We are about constant never-ending improvement regardless if your a professional player or a little leaguer.
Guaranteed Improvement ? Yes. It is far easier for us to guarantee improvement because we objectively track and measure everything from the first day a new student walks in the door. So the concept of measurement provides valuable feedback on progression, and also gives each athlete clear concise goals for improvement. Like always, someone who is focused does a lot better than someone who is not. An athlete without clearn conscise goals during training is like someone walking around a room in the dark.
Is it possible that my son won't improve? Yes...I guess. It's awefully hard not to make improvement regardless of your talent level. That's why we guarantee improvement in our programs. Make no mistake, improvement is a two way street. Our instructors guide and support. Our students work hard, fail, and get back up and try again. That's how great players are made. Yes....no magic bullets just working hard and of course working smart.
At the end of the day each knows (regardless of age) that ultimately they are their own best coach. This ownership of actions puts the athlete in a far better position for ultimate success. (This by the way is the problem with too many lesson providers. They become a crutch. They become the answer. The problem will always be no coach can perform in a game for the player. Ultimately the player will have to adapt, adjust, and fix situations. At Fastball USA we are constantly working on this area, in order to prepare students for the constant adjustments that need to be made).

Bonus # 3 Mental Game
The mental game is so much more than strategy and how you act and react to situations in a game. Part of our training plan is to create situations in which students to need to adapt and adjust to change or pressure situations. Our training will attempt to replicate competition, and game time as closely as possible. Students are challenged to deal with adversity, focus, and adapt to a constantly changing and challenging atmosphere.
In addition, all Black Belt Revolution students receive bonus opportunities to get information from some of the top “mental game of baseball” gurus around the country. These bonuses usually include special opportunities to expand and build on the mental game. One of our key sources, Dr. Tom Hanson, is a co-author of one of the best mental game books ever put together and has worked with professional baseball teams and colleges across the nation.
Bonus # 4 VIDEO ANALYSIS " SEEING IS BELIEVING EVEN AT HOME " Technology of today has led us to some awesome visual teaching tools. We use a sports software designed to help analyze and improve technique with the help of drawing tools, showing degrees, angles, and positions. The video analysis also allows for side by side comparisons. When trying to make a change a student can clearly see comparing side by side to previous video.
The video locker system allows each student to go on-line and review the video analysis. Opportunities are also available to add game video for coaches to review, as well as more practice video. A student and parent can access the video’s from home or work because it’s a web site that stores the video.
Bonus # 5 Seeing is Believing Part II We firmly believe in the importance of outside proof when it comes to improving, changing, or staying the same with technique. Fastball USA uses clips from several of the games best players (past-present) and allows students and parents to watch the various styles used by different players. The video sessions also will emphasize what areas are a like when it comes the best players in the game. This is very powerful especially for those who are visual learners.
Bonus # 6 Homework and Drills Each student will have a clear understanding on what particular drills or technique they should be working on at home. Often times unique exercises are given to include drills with limited or no equipment or room. The homework and drills are designed to improve the muscle memory change that needs to happen. All students are required to practice at home in addition to the classes they attend at Fastball USA.
Parent Support: Our Members Only Newsletter also includes information on potential problems or situations players run into with some coaches, or hurdles inside and outside the game. Various topics including what scouts look for and why, making the team, playing time, dealing with a lack of playing time, and everything you can think of. The newsletters are designed to constantly prepare you for what can happen.
Scholarships: It is very important that players understand the college recruiting process. Most players and parents don’t know what to expect. Part of our newsletter series includes knowing what to do, what not to do, and how to get noticed. This includes the truth about scholarships, grades, what coaches look for, and what you can be doing to help your athlete. Other topics include info about showcases, camps, and positive and negative things to be aware of. While we can never guarantee a scholarship, we can certainly help assist you in putting yourself in a better position when it comes to college recruiting and what college coaches are looking for.
Scouting: Often times players and parents don’t completely understand what scouts are looking for and why. Part of our newsletter series, instructional sessions, and Combine events include what scouts look for and why. This includes on helping assist each player in creating a plan to get closer to their goals or dreams. While certainly not everyone will get drafted or play professional baseball, that will not stop us from trying. We understand the chances and the percentages, but we don’t give in because it’s going to be hard. Great players have great habits, and do things extraordinarily well. Parents and students will have a clear understanding of what is expected in running time, throwing speed, hitting, defense, and hitting for power.
Combine/Testing Event Only Fastball USA members get to attend this event "free". These monthly or bi-monthly Combines allow players to test and track their progress or first timers to see exactly how they rank. It's hard to tell where your going if you don't know where you are at. The Combine will test various areas of abilities including strength, quickness, agility, flexibility, explosiveness, throwing speed, and hitting power. Many of these numbers can help tell us if your on the right track, or if any obvious issues exist that need to be addressed. Current Fastball members are also strongly encouraged to bring a guest to attend this event. The guest fee is $50.00 when you register before the deadlines.
At Fastball USA we believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that everyone can be better tomorrow than they are today.
We also believe it really doesn’t matter how good you are today. No matter how great or how mediocre or how bad. All that matters is how we finish.
If we improve even just 1 % everyday, than after several weeks, months, years, we will be a lot better. THIS IS A MUCH BETTER PLAN THAN THOSE WHO SIMPLY “HOPE” TO GET BETTER. This is also a better plan than those who are already good and are simply relying on their current ability to take them to the highest level.
